ABOUT US

Eric Hollems grew up in Santa Barbara, starting out in the industry as a carpenter and going on to learn every aspect of construction while building luxury homes locally. In 2012, while his wife Linda was pregnant with their first daughter, Eric obtained his general contractor's license and started Eric Hollems Construction. Two more children and many projects later, he continues to provide clients with the optimal construction experience. Eric is also a dedicated member of the community, serving local widows and at-risk youth in various capacities.
